These beautiful OOAK hand crafted magical creature heirloom keepsake dolls are a very special edition to our heirloom collection.They are filled with love and magic.
Every detail specific to each doll and their story. Detailing is multi layered, from hand painted watercolour and hand embroidery to a layer of fabric markers to create a real depth and character.
Every heirloom doll comes with her own wax sealed personal letter, that gives the new carer a short story and some details about their Ooak Magical creature.
All Magical faeries come with beautiful but delicate bendable wings, shoes and an accessory to suit their personality.
Our Pixies do not have wings but have shoes and accessories to match.

Universe Fae are the only type that have lace and the rainbow watercolour on their skin.
All of our Magical creatures are one of a kind (ooak) and as such they develop a character as I create them. I will try my best to include any minor details that you pop in the comments section but main design will come down to artists choice.

Our Faeries and Pixies are eco friendly, using 100% high thread count cotton, Eco glitter, 100% merino wool felt, eucalyptus fibre.
Eucalyptus fibre is a 100% plant-based fibre and fully biodegradable and is sold as loose, carded fill. It is created through the fementation of the wood pulp and the fibre extracted. It has exceptional natural characteristics for absorbency, hygiene and temperature regulation. Eucalyptus fibre is a highly efficient insulator, helping to keep you warm in cool weather and cool in warm weather. It is naturally hypoallergenic, thanks to its natural moisture management characteristics.Because it releases moisture so quickly, it is very difficult for dust mites, bacteria, mildew and other common allergens to breed. Eucalyptus fibre also has a remarkable environmental profile. It is extracted from fast-growing, sustainably forested eucalyptus trees. Unlike cotton, eucalyptus requires little water to grow and thrives on marginal land unsuitable for agriculture.

• Whatever happens, ALWAYS contact me first via email.
• If something arrives broken to you, send me a message and the picture of the broken item.
I will ask you to return the broken item, I will make a new one and send it to you or replace the part that is broken.
• I do not accept returns on customised items or items on sale for change of mind.
For Returns:
Return your item(s) unworn, unused and in the original packaging within 7-14 days of receiving the item(s)
I will refund the price for the items upon receiving the items. ( at your cost for shipping)
When shipping the items back, the items are your responsibility until they reached me. So if they get lost I will not take responsibility for them (you will not receive your refund ).
I will not refund special shipping costs that were made on your request and that differ from my standard shipping.

International Express Post for overseas.
I ship form Monday to Friday excluding Public holidays.
If you buy more than one item, I can combine your shipping.
You will be updated when your item is shipped.
International delivery time can take about 7-30 days depending on the local postage system.
During the peak time/ holidays it may take more time.
We are not liable for any extra shipping costs once we have posted your items. ( from customs etc)
